Worth to Stay Again

An excellent hotel. I stayed five nights this time. The hotel provided great breakfasts, clean room, quiet environment(both inside and outside of the hotel). When visit Vienna I definitely will return to stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Staff were very courteous. Travel links were excellent. Vienna has one of the best travel networks I’ve ever come across. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. I would happily choose this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean. The A/C system was difficult to understand. We were really warm for a couple of nights before we were able to figure it out. The staff was outstanding.

Faultless

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, modern design and decor, comfy beds, amazing shower, and got upgraded to floor 17. Great location, with a bus stop right outside and 5-10 min walk to tram stop. Plus a shopping mall attached so brilliant to grab some food / drinks on the go and travel tickets. Excellent value for money. If I was to come back to Vienna I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. Just a shame we didn’t get to try out the restaurant on the top floor.

Property is located far from city . There is no safe or room bar , no complimentary water or anything (it was 35 deg temperature ) in bathroom there was no shampoo or soap , had to ring 4 times and took 1 hour for it to arrive . No touket tissues .. for Holiday inn and price , it was B&q with better beds that’s about it .

Pros: Clean rooms, helpful staff, good value. Magnificient views from the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located right next to the bus line 15A, which provides an efficient connection to the underground and to trains out of town. Cons: The sofa bed was very hard, and really uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel should have had some extra cushions available to help with that. The breakfast buffet, while absolutely decent, could be more varied and tasty. The way the elevator security is set up, it's cumbersome to co-ride with other gyests, so maybe not so eco-friendly in a high-rise building. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Overheated and Uncomfortable Stay

This was not my first time staying at this hotel, so my disappointment is even greater. Unfortunately, I will not be returning unless they address the issue. The room was WAY too hot, and there was no way to open the windows or lower the temperature. It was a constant 22.3 degrees, which is far too warm for me, especially at night. I followed all the hotel’s instructions on adjusting the heat, but nothing worked. This made sleeping uncomfortable and significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel takes guest comfort seriously and implements a solution for better temperature control in the future.

Super Personal, super Essen, super Auswahl beim Frühstück, erstes Zimmer war viel zu warm (25 Grad) und Klima defekt offenbar. Wurden schnell und unkompliziert von einer netten Dame umgebucht. Selbst das Stockwerk wurde nach unserem Wunsch angeboten. Würden wir immer wieder buchen
