"Great location and service. They helped me with everything I requested. Good breakfast. Please check you minibar prices they are are excessive for a hotel this range, the are as expensive as a 5 stars hotel. Bathroom could be bigger compared with the size of the rooms but they are OK for short trips. Sometimes staff in the kitchen/restaurant are could be loud as they speak or play music that doesn't match the hotel's regular playlist. I expected a little bit more of silence on weekends."

"Yo visite Cali por tres dias , me hospede en este hotel precisamente, porque dice en su pagina que tiene servicio de recogida desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Despues de escrbirle a ellos para dejarle saber de mi llegada, como dice, la,pagina, y sin respuesta, nunca aparecio el servicio de recogida. Cuando llamo al hotel desde su telefono habilitado en su pagina , nunca hubo respuesta. Ellos, al llegar alli , alegan que ese no era el numero del hotel , o sea, la informacion del hotel no esta actualizada, y solo resolvieron con una "disculpa". Yo, por mi parte , escojo los servicios de recogida al aeropuerto por seguridad, y este nunca aparecio, y en ese justo momento fue que en el hotel se dieron cuenta, segun Lobby, que esa pagina no estaba actualizada. Las habitaciones no cuentan con caja fuerte para guardar objetos personales y documentaciones y ni siquiera algo tan sencillo como una plancha para ropas, que los tienen hasta los hoteles mas pobres. el desayuno estaba bien , el personal bien atentos, pero nada de resaltar que haya sido muy bueno. Realmente , a mi, no me gusto, y no soy exigente."

"coffee capsules need to be replaced or the machine since it doesn' t cut the foil cover. Careful ,review your credit card charges , they charged me twice for the stay. check your account immediately. Pizza restaurant is great but 25 dollars US for a cocktail is way too exaggerated for Cali, Colombia"
