"Excellent room, excellent location and they even accommodated a later check out for us. The interior design is so cool! Staff were easy to contact and quick to communicate. This is my second time at this hotel. Bathroom had a bidet which I really appreciated. Spacious room with a smart tv. Easy self check in. Would love a separate shampoo and conditioner and maybe some more traditional amenities such as shower caps etc. but not necessary 😁"

"This is genuinely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe! It honestly felt more like a hotel than a hostel—everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. My only wish is that the receptionist at check-in had been a little warmer and more welcoming.
