"Our group of 3 adults spent 4 nights at the Biz Apartment Gardet. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was nice so that everyone had a room for sleeping and privacy. The kitchen had a huge fridge and freezer and was fairly well stocked with dishes. Blackout curtains would have been nice, as there is very little darkness at this time of the year. The room felt a little run down with some damaged cupboards, a broken spring on the dishwasher door, and a broken soap dispenser in the shower. The location was ideal for us as the area was quiet and there were restaurants close by. There were grocery options very close. Buses ran regularly to different areas of the city and it was possible to walk to many of the highlights. We used rented scooters to get around when the weather was good and we were tired of walking. All in all an enjoyable stay."

"Väldigt bra service och bra hotell. Dock drabbades vi av mycket störande ljud från klubben som ligger i samma byggnad . Den tillhörde inte hotellet. Det var hålligång till sena timmen med hög dunk och hej rop. Vi har tidigare bott på hotellet och kom tillbaka då vi alltid upplevt det bra, men denna gång blev vi mycket störda och sömn uteblev ."

"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel. The location is also much farther from the city centre than we expected, and the views were disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Expedia also handled the situation very well and provided us with a full refund, which allowed us to book somewhere more suitable. Overall, I would think twice before booking this hotel, particularly if ease of access, location, and surroundings are important factors for your stay."

"The staff was incredibly hard to find, they were never by the front desk. The reviews had stated that others had issues with bed bugs and mold in recent weeks, when I inquired about this I was greeted rather rudely at my room door with, “you have a problem?” It was close to the bus stop and walkable to the local area, but the beds were not comfortable, we had to ask for a had towel (which did not exist, we just got an extra bath towel) and we only got one very thin pillow. When we asked for another one the man taking care of the property said, “the pillows are thin and uncomfortable I know.” Like if you know how bad they are why not offer better ones or more than one. Also, I think just one person was working at a time, this meaning they were the ones cleaning the rooms as well, so their sandals were just in the hallway near the supply closet, it was honestly kind of gross. There was no air conditioning but the fan and window did the trick and we were never too hot, which was one of the only positives. The carpet was uneven and dirty, the hotel overall just kind of was unkept, dingy and would not recommend this to anyone. Booked through Expedia so I paid beforehand and had no way to receive a discount or refund."

"Highly recommend as a female solo traveller. The room was impeccably clean, every day when I returned, room service had been in. Breakfast was amazing, everything you can think of was there. Bus station literally in front of the hotel, very easy to get by. I cannot praise this stay enough. Only thing that proved to be a problem was Monday night when I ordered a Caesar salad at the restaurant, a few tables were full and there was only one serving girl managing everything on her own, so after one hour and a half of waiting for my order I cancelled it."
