"Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening. Hard to fault here! I can't think of anything more I would want from this hotel other than to spend more time there!"

"For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service.
