"Staff was very nice, and rooms were very nice and clean, the pool is very nice as well"

"When we arrived, the man at the front desk said that the room would be warm from the sun but it would cool down later on. When we got back after our evening out around 11pm, the temp was 26 degrees. We tried turning down the thermostat, and woke up numerous times in the night because it was so hot. When we checked out at 8:45 this morning, the lady said that the 4th floor has central heat and there was nothing that could be done about it. We weren’t rude and neither was she, but it felt like a “too bad so sad” response. We won’t be returning to the hotel."

"Happily surprised! Found the bed very comfortable and linens very clean and white. Younger European man at desk at check in and lovely Indian lady on checkout were very courteous. Would stay again. "
