"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "My partner and I were in Edmonton for a wedding at the convention centre. I chose the hotel because of its convenient location. We enjoyed the surrounding area with all the walking trails along the river. There were some great places to eat within walking distance as well. Not staying in a city location very often, I had a hard time swallowing the cost of parking, I don’t know if $45 a day is too much? We didn’t eat here, but it looked like there was a nice view from the restaurant overlooking...

"The hotel itself was very comfortable and staff was excellent. The welcome cookie was amazing! Plenty of underground paid parking. This part of Edmonton was pretty run down though. Many closed businesses and generally poor maintenance in this area of the city. The hotel had a security guard in the lobby and there was a police action involving a half dozen officers just around the side of the hotel. While the location worked well for our travels, I would recommend a hotel in a different area of...

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"There was old vomit on the bed skirt of the second bed that I did not use (thankfully.) I did not access the breakfast or the pool facilities as they were incredible crowded with the larger teams/ student groups that were staying at the hotel."

"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."
