"Our room was big and comfortable about 18m2 (6mx3m) and a bathroom about 5m2. Shared kitchen was clean. Room was clean. I think there are 4-5 rooms total. There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area. Location is good close to different bays and beaches. "The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall."

"Most amazing stay in central Cagliari! Upgraded to a room with a terrace, tons of space including kitchen, lounge, 2 bathroom and bedroom. "Great property walking distance to the Navigli area in Milan. The check in staff was so helpful and friendly, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is up to date, beautiful spacious room, and is on a quiet street, but walking distance to the canal in Navigli area where all the restaurants and terraces are. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax on the balcony! The bed was very hard and quite uncomfortable for us. A car is an absolute essential. The apartments are in a residential area with a beach at the end of the road and a supermarket at the other end . Very handy. There are one or two restaurants that you can walk to but it is a very busy road. The marina is a short drive with a restaurant/cafe and it’s lovely. They are building a pool on the plot of land next door so there was some daytime noise (we stayed June 2025). A great holiday, very enjoyable. "
