"The rooms are good, clean and nicely appointed for a Disney Resort. However, If you are self driving be aware that due to some construction they switched the valet & you park it lots without changing any signage....what little there was to begin with. And that lot fills up quickly and may have to park 1/2 mile away in the Swan lot. Desk was clueless and took 4 trips to ask what is going on before a separate employee in concierge finally told me what was happening. And once in the lot it was of course full. Next day was able to find a spot in the self lot, but that first hour of check-in was brutal. Took all the fun out of the beautiful lobby, and fill with questions of why did I stay here. But as the week went on just chalked it up to comms errors and tried to enjoy what the place had to offer."

"It’s a nice hotel with a great value, very close to Disney World, $10 per night parking, which was reasonable, and if there are any issues like in our case, we have stayed there many times and one time the shower faucet wasn’t working correctly and they were there within 10 minutes with a brand new one. We were in a state of shock at their speed and response and we continue to go there every time we’re in Orlando!"
