Room 102 (Superior Hill View) was unlivable: Crusted feces in the toilet, broken seat, cistern leaking water non-stop, and black hair all over the floor and shower drain (I have blonde hair). The mirror was cracked and smudged, and there was a spider on the curtains. An external generator ran right next to the room all night until 9 AM, making sleep impossible.
