Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. "This is basically a large cooperative house. The rooms are small. There are shared bathrooms on each floor, and a large shared living room and kitchen on the first floor. The house provides kitchen basics and you can cook if you like. I stayed in a single. The bed was comfortable. I think overall a good deal for the price."

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail and beautifully restored. The host and hostess are wonderful and so very nice. Suggested things to do. And we ate a delicious dinner and breakfast the following day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants beauty, friendly and breathtaking views. I wish we had stayed longer. "
