"We liked this hotel very much! Location by the lake helped of course! Room was spotless, as was the spa area. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening meal was okay although somewhat pricey."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM IF YOU WANT A VIEW!! ESPECIALLY A JUNIOR SUITE!! I WOULD HAVE RATED THEM A 3 (there are great things about this hotel see below) but no one would read the comments. Bad - I looked extensively to make sure I was getting a great view. Their Expedia add showed that junior suites appeared to have a great view so I paid a lot extra to get a junior suite. (in fairness there is a picture of our room but the curtains are not open in that view). Our view was of a clock tower and...

"The amenities were exactly as described, with the room a bit bigger than expected. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, as we're many of the restaurants in town (I guess Tuesdays are generally their down day). It served our needs well, and we'd happily stay here again."

"Very nice workers, nice clean bathrooms. We had issues however with this really loud noise the entire time we were there, floors are creaky and very hard to get a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend in terms of a hostel but not for extended stay, and make sure you bring earplugs."

"Es war wie schon zuvor eine wunderbare Zeit im Hotel Saratz. Das Frühstück im Jugendstilsaal mit Blick in die Berge ist immer spektakulär. Der Wellnessbereich sehr angenehm und der Shuttleservice zu den Skipisten ebenso."

"Our second stay at the hotel, in the room right next door to where we were last time. Only slight changes gave hotel a bit different feel. Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. Still a nice place that beats the most prices in St. Moritz."
