Eles me relataram, pontos positivos, a simpatia dos funcionários e eficiência para resolver problema causado pelo mal funcionamento do ar condicionado, fazendo reacomodação de quartos. Pontos negativos, áreas comuns sem manutenção, sem sinal de limpeza recente, piscina imprópria para uso, sem piscina coberta, sem recreação, sem clube infantil, não condizentes com as facilidades que a acomodação descreve oferecer.
