"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "

"It was pretty great, staff was very friendly, food was good, awesome view from balcony. area isn't very good it's a bit far away from sea but they provide free(?) bus service minibar prices 1 euro mostly free cocktails, but also paid ones. free wifi on each room. free tea and kettle on rooms. two ACs. nice indoor design. safe is 2 Euros per day. would visit again!"

"From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. "Staff was nice but everything else was terrible "

"Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel. "
