"The location was good easy access to train Metro buses and shops Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was very noisy, especially when the windows were open, but when we closed the windows it became extremely hot and uncomfortable. (No AC) The fridge was also not working properly, and there was no freezer at all, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations"

"The property is in a lovely location, and it was quite comfortable for our family. It was extremely hot in Zurich the time we were there, and I had believed that there was AC in the unit. My mistake. There were two fans--one in the bedroom, one in the living room--and that helped. I appreciated the laundry and the full kitchen. They also were able to accommodate early check in, for which our family was very grateful. Overall, a very comfortable stay for our family."

"I highly recommend Stage 12 Hotel. This hotel is at the heart of the city center. With amazing views to the Alps mountains and with balcony to enjoy your afternoon. They are also close walking distance from the train station which makes it a delight. The service was amazing, accommodating and friendly. Love every minute of our stay."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. "Location is great for this property and is fairly modern inside.. 17 mins walk to old town and shops right outside. Unfortunately, the listing was for a queen and double bed however we had double bed and single bed which was not enough room for us. Also, no air conditioning or working fans. The temperature in the room was over 43 degrees when we entered. The room was on the top floor. The main room also has low ceiling above the bed because it’s in an attic /loft type setup so watch your head !...
