"Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, didn't eat in the restaurant this time. The only downside is the room sizes - they are very small, the sizes quoted include the bathroom. We booked a standard double which is advertised as sleeping 3. We actually passed comment at reception who confirmed the double is only suitable for 2. There is a king size bed and a small table in the room, but there is no additional room for another bed - a cot would barely fit in the room. There are bedside...

"The hotel was ideal for what we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. We had booked breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told this wasn’t showing on the system and that we would need to pay again, which we did.
We later found our booking confirmation showing that breakfast was included, and the hotel was helpful in resolving this and provided us with a refund. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated that the issue was sorted out."

"We were in an accessible room. It was brilliant. The bathroom and shower was fantastic. I could do everything myself. The only thing I would suggest is that the shower products be left near the shower and the hand-wash nearer the sink. Great to have all the products there but hard to access from the shower or sink.
The towels were amazing. Great quality and size and it was brilliant having flannels. Not many hotels provide flannels.
The staff were amazing. Always very friendly, opening...
