"Such a friendly place. The room was large, with good air con and hot water. It's not luxury but that's not what we expected for the price, and the extra touches such as the homemade soap/shampoo bar and unlimited drunking water were great. The highlights though were how lovely and helpful the staff were, and the breakfast was so good - different hot options every day with always the choice to have toast or waffles as well as fruit and yoghurt. Great value as it's included in the room price."

"In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"we stayed one night there with friends, and weather was but we decided to hit the pool after a long day spent at the airport (KTM delays). then went to use the sauna which is a small room next to the pool in the corner, staff opened the door and prepared it for us, but ONLY AFTER we used it for like 15 mins, he started to write us a bill, I think it was 3000 for steam & sauna per person! but there was no price or any indication that service is charged extra for guests. what a shame. they really...
