"We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a 4th floor pool view with balcony as apparently we had paid too much through Hotels.com for the garden hut. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and special shout out to Samah who was particularly efficient. "Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, best bed I slept in, soft mattress. Big free breakfast selection in buffet. Elevator was a nice bonus, so no steps to climb. Indoor pool looked nice but not heated in April so a bit cold. When I booked the location the map showed Kuti was on the lake but it is several blocks inland so I was disappointed and pointed that out to them which they now corrected the map location. But we had an amazing mountain view which was even better! Highly recommended."
