The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests! On...

"朝食6時半～10時まで。 メニューは、 ・クロワッサンとバターロールの2種類 ・サラダはレタスとポテトサラダ ・シリアル ・プレーンヨーグルト ・スープ(コンソメとコーンスープが日替わり) ・牛乳、オレンジジュース、コーヒー が置いてあります。 毎日同じメニューだったので正直飽きました。 ご年配の方やご飯が好きな方はちょっと。 ホテルは窓が開かず、換気が出来ないため、不便かもしれません。 また部屋に電子レンジがあるためとても便利でした。 歩いて行ける距離に西葛西の商店街もあり、食べ物や買い物は困りません。 値段が他と比べて安かったので、総合的にみてとても良かったです。"
