At the checkout, the person at the desk was not pleasant - I already payed when I booked but she was telling me my payment didn’t go through, and that I had to show my credit card receipt. After that she had to call someone to return my 5k in local currency back, which they had taken as a deposit when I checked in. I will choose another hotel next time.

Its a very nice hotel. Hotel managment are very good. Looking after gaust and I couldn't find any fault. Close to airport . Thay did have good front office . And staff are excellent looking after people . It's my first visit to Dhaka Bangladesh.its surpris me about hotels hospitality.i will recommend for any tourist can visit Dhaka and enjoy at Dhaka Regency hotel near airport . Lovely food.And what I end up with exten my holiday for 3 more days .😃😀😁

If you travel for business

Over all this hotel can't be 5 or 4 stars , it must be 3 max , don't ever accept the rooms with out windows , with the same price you can get better hotel and very near . Also the stuff we're not professional even some of them can't speak English

Comfort in Dhaka

A very nice hotel 10 minutes from the airport, so limits traffic issues coming and going to the airport, which can be a real concern in Dhaka. The fitness room was the best hotel gym I've ever seen, hands down, and I've seen a lot.

Business stay for 4 nights

The condition of the hotel was good. I was offered a room at be 'centre' so there was no window with sunlight at all. The room was clean and tidy and it was comfortable. In the toilet, the shower head sprinkled to half of floor to wet condition. I have stayed in during an afternoon time and there were over 6 times power cut-off. My friend also said the lift was also out of service during the power cut. I was also asked for a charge of 5 nights instead of 4 nights. It was probably due to my previous cancellation and it made my check-out with a 30 mins delay. Taking off the above comments, the overall stay was good and the hotel staff offered excellent services indeed. The hotel was good to stay with excellent food for both breakfast and lunch buffets.

Nice and friendly hotel

Clean room, quite spacious. There a rooftop bar on the 14th floor where you can get beer and enjoy the evening. Friendly staffs, overall satisfied and will stay there again.

the rooms because of the highway right next to it were noisy even after shutting all windows. No where to go nearby. The shopping center next to the hotel is not worth spending anytime at.

Room is without window and very basic. Ok if you are not particular about comfort! Breakfast is not too bad but not a wide selection. Wifi is not reliable.

The hotel price is to high for what you get, I know Dhaka is expensive, but it's not good enough.
