"A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options."

"I’ve been to several 3rd world countries and this place reminded me of all of them. The pictures on the website are, deceptive, and I’m being kind. If you make the same mistake that I made and stay here, bring a bar of soap because they don’t provide one. No, I’m not kidding (that was the answer I got when I called the front desk). The door cards are hit or miss to get into the room and the hotel itself (ask me how I know). If I ever come back to visit relatives again I will put a crowbar in my...

"The breakfast was pretty standard for that type of place but they had no fresh fruit and they ran out of coffee for about 10 minutes during breakfast so that was a bit disappointing"

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

"This hotel was a good value for our one night stay compared to the other hotels in the same area that were more expensive. The staff were very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. There is a restaurant and bar onsite which was nice. The hotel needs an update as the decor is outdated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close to Mohegan Sun Casino."
