Only stayed 2 days in Detroit for a concert. Hotel was nice and clean. Easy instructions to get in with codes. Awesome lounge area. Transit nearby and parking at open lots if you need it. We rode the bus everywhere and walked when we could. It was min-January and the weather was cold but a heavy jacket and thermals helped. We couldn't get the fridge to work but the full kitchen was nice even though we didn't use it. Full size washer and dryer was a plus and there was laundry pods soap available so I didn't have to buy any. If I go back to Detroit, I will certainly stay here.

Apartment was clean and amenities were great along with location. Only thing when we went to bed found the bed was broken which was fixed the next day. Only thing when booking this property understand you are downtown next to a people rail and there are people living here with dogs etc so it was very noisy.

Saturday, 2am, woke up to someone screaming another individual name for nearly 10 minutes. She was pounding on the door. Other than that stay was great.

Other than a minor glitch, great place
The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The sports arenas are close for an easy walk. I found a couple very good coffee/pastry shops near. The only drawback was a snafu not receiving an email with the entry directions. I used the number on the checkin email to get the directions and all was fine. Advice: check for the email before you arrive and, if needed, call while enroute. I'd stay here again.
