I liked the location and the main entrance. The breakfast was chaos. Could use more options. The beds very firm, small. Room could be a lot cleaner. Front desk was not always there. However the night clerk on 5-17-24 was very helpful and nice.

Great place to have quick hide out. Only observation is that, breakfast got finished very fast exactly on top of 10am. I think there should be some extra minutes

I thought for my wife and I was the perfect location. Shopping and eating choices were easy to get to. The Hyatts' customer service was excellent. Our only complaint was the bathroom. It was small and the toilets were extremely short.

Nice hotel & staff - love that it’s right by restaurants and target
It was good plase and clean rooms, but people in the dront desk not quite friendly with qusts and lots of time waiting for someone to come to front desk for us. But over alll very nice place to stay

I had bed bugs and the staff was very standoffish! They need to put that there is a $150 deposit as well in the policies page! I ran out of soap halfway through my stay and the shower curtain didn't work!

Staff (especially Aaron) was courteous and helpful, but housekeeping had trouble keeping up with cleaning rooms. Ours wasn't refreshed until 4:30-5:00 PM each day, and the last day was missed entirely.

The hotel had a modern look which I like. The staff were very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. Some things could have been better. There was a few spots on the carpet in my room that looked liked old gum that never came out. The bathroom layout was weird because the door barely closed due to the toilet being very close to the door.

This property does not have a active pool. And they sent me to lifetime fitness to use their facility for their pool. They said that the Hyatt guest we're not welcome during the weekends F-Sun. So, I wasted my money because I only bought it so we could go swimming.

The property was convenient to where I was visiting. I did not like the fact that I had to pay one hundred dollars (which they have not refunded yet) for a damage deposit.
Also, they did not have anyone to clean the rooms on Saturday and had no towels to replenish the soiled ones. I was told that they were short on staff. I expected better from my stay there and I want my damage deposit returned. It has been close to a month since my visit. I would not stay there again.
