It was very clean, helpful staffing, the pool area was a little dirty. Pool was on the cold side. The breakfast sections were some of the best compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

The room was small, but comfortable. It might have been cramped with two people as there was only one chair and that was the desk chair. There were children running around on the floor above me, but that’s not the fault of the property. The shower head was in need of descaling. All in all okay for just me, but I would not stay again if my wife were traveling with me.

Visited from Toronto for Family Day weekend with another family. Staff were very accommodating. Only 2 minor dislikes which were the pool is only a few feet deep like 3-4 feet and there are no USB ports for charging. Make sure to bring your charging block for the wall. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves with 2 families of 4 in adjoining rooms. Don’t forget to try Green Lantern pizza.

We needed a place to stay the night due to going to a show at the Detroit Opera House. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh...with it being in MI, we've gone to hotels that wreak of pot or have a lingering smell of pot...barf. Breakfast was amazing...SO many options to choose from; hot and cold. The pool was smaller but very nice and the hot tub was nice and hot. Will def stay again if in the area.

Fantastic choice! We had a King suite and it was an awesome room. King bed was very comfortable and the extra room with full size sofa bed was great for watching TV. Very spacious! The bed area also had full size tv. Very nice facility, clean & convenient location. We will choose this location again, when visiting this area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful king suite with sofa bed and two TV’s. Nice bathroom. Unfortunately Bed is hard old style Mattess. No modern memory foam topping. Woke up with body aches. That’s not likely to happen with younger people.

Hotel.com got $180 for a hotel room m and left me
2 hours after I booked my hotel room, upon check in and paying in advance for the room the hotel had not received payment. 20 minutes with the desk clerk and an additional 20+ minutes with hotel.com on the phone payment still wasn’t available for the hotel and I couldn’t check in. I was told a billing person from hotel.com would call me. 5 hours later I have not received a call. I want a refund
