Pulled up tp property and people were drinking out of paper bags out front knocking on windows asking for money. Reluctantly walked inside and place smelled of cigarettes and mold. My wife at that point refused to take a step further and proceeded to to turn around and leave. Drove 15 miles west to stay at Holiday Inn Express. Thanks Expedia $500 bucks down the drain. Will never use your app again.

I couldn't sleep.Smell smoke and people talking all nights. Not my type of Wyndham hotel. I was sleepy from a long drive from Chicago so i stayed. Never again. Horrible. The the lady working front desk was nice. Hotel needs a make over.

The front desk clerk Donita was absolute delight from the time I had check in til the time I check out. She gave great opinions on restaurants, events and bars to visit during our stay! I can’t wait to come back!

This looks better in the pictures than in real life. The smell of pot was evidence everywhere. The sink didn't drain well at all. Room was ok but not what you'd expect for the money. Hallways were dirty and not well kept. Eating area and food for breakfast had lots to be desired. For the money, go somewhere else.

The room was horrible and there were hairs (maybe pubic) on the towels and beds. Very dirty. Could not receive a refund even though we were in the room for ten minutes and left to find a new hotel.

It said wheelchair accessible, but the there was no elevator. You have to utilize low stairs to get to the wheelchair accessible rooms. My fragile uncle could not take the bumping of the stairs even though they were low.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, parking was free and easy and a nice breakfast too if you get there early enough. About an eight minute drive from downtown, perfect place to stay for us and our trip. Even gave us a late (noon) checkout! We will be back for sure!

All of what I saw online for this specific property was misleading and horrible. We didn’t feel safe and had to leave. We asked for a refund right away after seeing the condition but staff said we had to contact Expedia. We didn’t stay and had to book another hotel for a huge amount since it was last minute. Not sure I’ll book thru Expedia again, this property’s photos are very misleading. The hotel was dirty, and it’s not worth the fees charged like most hotels in the downtown area. This is not in “downtown”as expected.

The rooms were extremely outdated, unclean from the walls to the carpet. Nats were everywhere even after being moved to another room. Our lamp was missing a light bulb and the person working the main desk had a pack and told us she didn't know if she could give us one and didn't! I am handicapped and I gave up my handicapped accessible room for one that was slighty cleaner, but had a deep drop off in the bathroom floor that i keep tripping off. Worst stay ever!

The staff is very rude I told the staff that my daughter would be the one checking out everything was fine when she went to return the keys they had already deactivated the keys before her original check out time and they also do not give her valid reason on why she couldn’t get it later that day I came up and the man said he didn’t give it back because there was a spot left with a little ash residue so they went to go find a reason after she left

The hotel is noticeably old and rough around the edges. But the staff was really nice and breakfast was good. Convenient place to stay for football games.

It was a must stay night. We were in Detroit for a funeral and with the weather we didnt want to chance it going home. Only thing is our blanket got left in the room and i wish they would send it to me. Means the world to me. Its gray and white and really fluffy.

Affordable and convenient.
Convenient location for event held at Little Caesar’s Arena. No fridge in room and was in need of a remodel. Comfortable bed. Decent tv channel options. Had to use a hair clip to hold the curtains shut for window next to bed shows indoors hallway view.
