I liked the reception employees. They were nice and respectful. Immy room was very clean but did not have any coffee creamer or sugar for the coffee maker in the room.

The pool was down for maintenance, go buy the part and fix it, thats ridiculous…that’s why we booked there. TV didn’t work in the room, they couldn’t print me a receipt/folio, I paid for continental breakfast and when I left at 8:15am, it still wasn’t even open and the employees didn’t seem to address the manic environment… I would never say there again.

Property was conveniently located and clean. Staff was friendly. No microwaves in room and the TV remote setup was frustrating. Other than that, the stay was great.

TERRIBLE is not enough to describe this "hotel". The only positive thing is that it is easy to park and has a good facade. When you enter everything is terrible: unprofessional staff, zero helpful, rude, unfriendly. The room and bathroom are DISGUSTING. Extremely expensive. Don't waste your money. Despite having booked more than 3 months in advance, they did not give me the room I paid for and the "kind" response was if I wanted my money back (11pm and with family)!!!

The pool and the cute modern pictures is why I booked here in the first place and guess what! The pool was under maitenance our room smelled like BO and was really moist/moldy my husband ended up having severe allergies from the mold or whatever was in the room. I gave the staff a very high rating because the woman at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a refund right away.

Place is outdated, which I can completely overlook if it is clean. My bathroom was not clean. I did not have hand soap or shower soap. I used the liquid shampoo. My family members room had a 1/2 full Pepsi bottle laying in the middle of the floor. I will not stay here next year when we return for an event.

Nice hotel
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The only problem was the pool was freezing! We got the hotel room so the kids could go swimming and the pool was way too cold to enjoy.

Fine, won't be staying again
Fine hotel for one night but would not go back. Female at check in was not very pleasant and not helpful at all. No information on breakfast or pool was provided. Had to pay separate for continental breakfast that we did not even end up getting because it was not clear where to go or what to do. Room and bathroom had hair and fuzz EVERYWHERE. Shower curtain looked dirty and stained. Hair all over inside bed sheets. Carpet sticky. Hair on walls and soap dispensers in shower. Pool was freezing and pool room was also very cold.

The incidental deposit seemed a bit excessive for a one night stay. Breakfast was an additional charge which was disappointing. Coffee was so weak you could see through it. Staff was very nice at check in.

Nice place, overall.
There was a number of people smoking pot on the top floor, where my kids were staying. I don't care that you smoke it, just not around my kids. Otherwise the hotel did a great job of accomodations for all of the champion force cheer families that stayed, and even went out of their way to provide a breakfast that they normally wouldn't so every one would be able to eat. Thank you very much for doing that!
