Staff were great and very helpful. The room security was less then ideal and looks like it had been broken into so needs to be looked at Rm 213. No lights beside the beds for reading so has to cross room in the dark. Overall I would stay again,

We didn’t have any pillow cases on our pillows we called and asked for pillow cases and more pillows and neither were available because they were dirty. Our beds kept moving around every time we would move. Stuff in our room was duct taped and had scotch tape tape on it.. There was a toilet outside and the halls stunk like dirty diapers. There were rugs that were torn up laying all throughout the halls. And when we turned the heater on it smelled like cat pee.

The rooms had an odour of smoke, not the cleanest of rooms but the building is old, so was expected. Allen did his best to accommodate and his hospitality was exceptionally well. I wish the odour of smoke was not in the room, and the rooms were slightly cleaner and newer, also a decent breakfast would be nice but with the location and price in mind, all was expected.

It would have been great if there was some grass for the dogs. Had to walk a bit to find some. Staff was all very friendly. The rooms have thin walls and there was lots of noise in the lobby and hall ways that travelled.

Our first room had water spots and mold on the ceiling. We let front desk know and they gave us a room right next to it which had a crack all the way across the ceiling and the plaster was flaking. Both rooms were very dark and outdated. The walls were filthy. We called for a 3rd room and got one on the second floor this time. This room was also very dark and outdated. The walls were also disgusting and you could see where they tired to touch up the paint and it didn’t match. We didn’t use the shower becuz it was nasty. The lighting was terrible.The parking lot was not well lit and there were shady people lurking around outside. They told us we would be compensated with money off our stay but becuz we booked thru hotels.com they said they couldn’t help us out…

The box spring was on the floor. Bathroom sink leaked. The carpet was dirty and stains on the wall. Just overall not a good stay. I would not recommend

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. I didn’t realize my son had dropped his bear in the lobby and bear was waiting on the desk when we came back. Rooms are a bit old, but clean. Everything worked as it should.
