"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. We were placed in a building that did not have proper heating and was not what was advertised here on Hotels.com. The room was not ready - basic stuff was missing, e.g. toilet paper, light bulbs.
