"Check in was smooth, rooms spacious and clean. The spa was lovely to relax after a day of walking and breakfast was good. Ideal location steps away from the old town and the tram/bus stop. The only criticism I have is that the pillows are thin as pancakes."

"Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Das Zimmer war toll, allerdings eher für kleine, dünne Menschen. Die begehbare Dusche bietet nicht viel Bewegungsfreiheit und um in das Bad zu kommen, geht man für Quer durch die Tür. Sonst ist das Zimmer top, mit viel Stauraum. Das Frühstück war super, mit allem was man möchte. Das Hotel liegt ideal, die Sehenswürdigkeit sind fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen! "

"Posizione ottima, l’hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dai mercatini. Ben collegato anche con i mezzi. Stanza molto spaziosa, lo stesso vale per il bagno e ambiente molto caldo. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema col termosifone l’ultima notte e nonostante fossero le 2 del mattino ci hanno spostato in un’altra stanza fino al giorno seguente. Ottima la colazione, ben variegata, internazionale. Tutto super consigliato! "

"まるで自分の部屋みたいなかわいい部屋でした　青の教会へは数分で徒歩で行くことができ、またブラチスラバ城やマンホールおじさんも徒歩圏内　バスターミナルからも徒歩１５分ほどで全て徒歩で移動できたので、便利でした　清潔でとても使いやすかったです　朝食付きでお得です　スロバキアだけコンセントのプラグの形状が少し違って、持ってきたものが使えなかったのですが、フロントで貸し出していただき大変助かりました"

Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Great spa - Finnish Sauna and Steam Room open until 11pm. Massage treatments available, although I did not use. Equipped gym also open to guests. Nice public bar as you enter the hotel. All good, no complaints. This is the second time I have...
