"Had a problem with booking. Hotel staff was not very helpful and suggested me to call Hotels.com to resolve problem.
Hotels.com resolved the issue, but this episode took some time, it cost an international phone call and all in all spoiled the stay.
Good Hot Pot restaurant though and I can only praise the restaurant staff. They were superb."
