Cari Hotel di Zhejiang

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"Very helpful staff, especially for the trip with a guide and car to the Lingyin temple and the tea garden experience. They know the perfect path to take not well known but very beautiful and quite"

"Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee."

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you. I'll definitely visit here again next time. "

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."

"Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!"

"Hotel exterior is beautiful but the guest room needs some desperate renewal. In our room - the carpet looks dirty, stains on the wall, mold behind sink. The shower room cannot closed properly so water are spilled on the outside floor without a mat. Somehow even the shower head didn’t mixed the hot and cold water well so I had momentarily totally hot or cold water. The mattress is also problematic. I can literally hear the springs inside the mattress when I move when I sleep. Even the tv is too...

"Modern and very clean rooms, all amenities are well furnished. Restaurants available within walking distance of hotel"
