"This is a very spacious place, the room is well decorated and staffs are very friendly. They even offer airport pickup and drop off for free. The breakfast selection is very limited but the food is exactly how you cook in a traditional Chinese way. We would come again if we ever visit Lijiang again."

"The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city "

The manager in the morning Emily Lou is such a professional in hospitality. The entire staff worked as a team to make customers feel happy and comfortable. They are an asset to IHG. "I had a wonderful stay at Banyan tree Lijiang. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel and facilities were amazing! Abby, Coco and Xiao Tang at the reception were also amazing and made us all feel so welcome!"

"First thing I noticed when arriving at Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre is very nice short drive-way direct to the main entrance, under covered. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff was courteous and helpful, speaking excellent English as well. The room was quite big, with a small balcony. "Super friendly and knowledgeable front desk, who provided a lots of suggestions on where to eat and where to go based on our length of stay in Dali. Guest room was very clean and spacious. "

"the courtyard is especially nice. having breakfast in that glass room is very pleasant too. my companions all enjoy the breakfast. though the variety is not much, the quality of food is really good. moreover, the staff are very helpful and nice in general. We left early on the last day, the staff kindly packed breakfast for us and helped us carry the luggages to the pt where the car they help ordered is "
