"This was a lovely, clean, and beautiful hotel set in a perfect spot by the water. All amenities are nearby including the ferry terminal which is walking distance.
The room was comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. The highlight of our stay was the Mirart cafe downstairs which served delicious breakfast options which are included in the price of your stay. The staff in the cafe were very kind and attentive. 10/10 "

"The room was dusty and had not been vacuumed or mopped. The floor was stained and bed sheets were stained. Pillow covers had women’s white hair on them. There was no soap or toilet paper provided. The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings. The condition of the room was unacceptable.
It appeared we were assigned a room that had already been used and not properly cleaned.
