"Quaint, charming exterior. Interior was fine. A bit dirty in places that were not immediately visible. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the dining options, though they weren’t cheap."

"Beautiful surrounding, with wild Elk walking right past our window!! The bar and lounge was fun and relaxing. Loved the fact that there were no TVs and very limited WiFi. Getting back to the real world and talking with others was wonderful!!!"

"If you want to stay inside the park this is a good option. Beautiful property on the lake. Deluxe Dbl room was very, very small for two adults but we only stayed one night. No TV but their broadband worked well. The bar and restaurant is convenient. Our server, Kim, was excellent! Soup/salad was good."

"We had a suite with a kitchen, living room area, bedroom and two bathrooms. The hotel is located close to Snow King ski area in Jackson. If one were there skiing for a few days, it would be a great spot for a family. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a small coffee shop and gaming area at the hotel. Location is not far from Jackson Town Square. The one thing I would like to see is a safe in our room, there’s a safe at the front desk but more convenient in the room itself. I’d definitely...

"Interior finishes, doors, lighting, beds and other furniture looked and felt/worked like they are 50 years old. Bath renovations were very nice and looked to be about 10 years old."

"The hotel needs a major update. It could use more terraced seating out back. The rooms were dark and depressing motel rooms from the 60s with no view. It’s sadly NPS resting on a monopoly position and filling up with tour bus crowds."

"I was at the Hostel for one night because I was having surgery the next day in Jackson. I was a little put off there was no elevator and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs outside. There was no wake up call in the morning. As I entered the room, it was clean, but small. There was no tv, no fridge, and no microwave! The thin walls, were noisy with the neighbors as they were loud, laughing, and not quiet at all. Thank goodness I had a book to read."

"Excellent hotel in Jackson. Very comfortable and well maintained. Our room was outstanding. We had a small suite and it had a nice sitting area. It was our anniversary and they arranged a nice bouquet of flowers. Highly recommended."

"Pretty nice location and a nicely maintained location. breakfast is kinda good low grade compared to the price and location... muffins, so-so eggs lime a Hampton Inn. Parking was easy. Our room was in Bldg 3 with a cooking area, beautiful shower wuth a heated floor."
