"The property was clean however we found the outside door to the building we were in could not be locked and could not be repaired during our stay. We were not offered another room until we complained again and again. No one followed up to tell us it couldn’t be repaired until we made a 2nd call. It was apparent no one was concerned about a guest that was not comfortable staying on the property. I do not recommend this property. Poor customer service!!!"

"no tv. we got in after 10 pm because of flight delays. no lights on at cabin. porch light staff very helpful. needed a wheel chair they brought it to me and I was able to keep both days for my granddaughter's wedding. THANK YOU"

"Excellent location. It’s short walking distance to town square, convenient to great restaurants and shops. Yet it’s on Cashe street that is connected to 191. In one minute you are on the most scenic 191 with Elk Refuge on the right and all the Grand Teton backdrops. Easy access to all the Grand Teton turnpoints/lookouts and main attractions. We love it. Breakfast can be better, but the simple continental options and self made waffles are good enough for send us out the door and explore our day....

"The level of customer service and room housekeeping is first class. Every staff member we encountered cheerful, helpful and extremely courteous. We only ate breakfast, but it was too notch."
