"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. "Very good option after a long flight. Accessible directly through the car park adjacent to Terminal 2. We rolled off a ~20 hour trip from Australia righ to check in and were in the room in ten minutes, luggage still on the airport baggage trolley. The room was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was quite good, both for a light supper and breakfast the next morning. Highly recommended. We will make this a feature of future trips to the uk. "

"The goal was to find a hotel for one night, conveniently located close to Heathrow Terminal 5. Thistle London delivered! The hotel isn't flashy of luxurious, but clean and comfortable--and just minutes from T5 by a bus that stops literally at their entrance. There is even an outdoor terrace from which you can watch the jets taking off and landing at LHR, just over the fence. "
