"The pool area was packed on a Saturday evening. Had to wait in line for all the fun slides and the hot tubs. The room was excitingly larger than expected and clean but dated. Each mattress was different and cold air blew in from the heating unit. It is early spring."

"Came for work & have been before many times over past 30yrs. It’s holding up! Spa area has been updated. Good food/drink options. Sadly they removed hot tub from locker room area. "

"Stayed off season and the only option was at the hotel. The main and side entrance both had a heavy smoke smell. You can tell they put a lot of money into the outdoor areas/tiny houses and the hotel needs love. "

"Have had an excellent experience at the Saint Kate in the past, however this time we had a couple of room issues that took a long time to get addressed. The first issue was with the in-room record player, however someone was sent right away to fix, so that was fine. But the second issue was with the in-room refrigerator. It quit working at some point during the first night and it took multiple reports, beginning the next morning, to finally get it addressed after 5:30pm the next day. As a reult,...

"Restaurant was closed and under construction. No prior notification of closure. Property is old and tired but priced the same as newer and better in the area."

"Yes but needs a place to swim for adults .clean room small bathrooms beds were great good room temp bar staff were very friendly check in was easy and quick need a place for older kids we are starting to out grow the tundra. Very nice stay breakfast had powered eggs which were gross"
