Cari Hotel di Wiltshire

"Great water pressure and a good sized shower stall - a blessing after some places I’ve stayed recently. WiFi in the room was essentially non-existent. Could barely get webpages to load. And the mobile reception was very poor as well. Caused issues."

"Very nice place with walks around the lake. Lovely indoor pool with sauna etc. Food - buffet breakfast very good Dinner in restaurant very good."

"Excellent"

"Love the Ingigo hotel, very cool hotel, friendly staff and great location."

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Gainsborough. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. It's just a block from the square and an easy 10 min walk from Bath Spa train station, so getting around the city was effortless. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The one small downside of being so central was some noise, though that was probably due to where my room was located. If you're a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a...

"The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Gems & Immy. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is just out of the town, but with the bus stop at the end of the Hotel's drive it is easy to get to the city centre & or alternatively Ubers are very reasonable priced."

"Lovely hotel. Walking distance to town. Spa enjoyable."

"A fantastic stay- so good we wished we had booked for longer. The building is beautiful and has so much character. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious - a rare treat on our trip! The beds were comfortable and the towel warmer in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus! The layout of the hotel was fine for us- but may be an issue for someone with mobility issues as even though there was a lift for some of the rooms our room still required a series of...

"Disappointing stay, with poor soundproofing and an eye-watering bar bill. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear practically everything throughout the night. I was eventually woken up at 5am by another guest using their toilet. Nobody expects complete silence in a hotel, but when you can hear that level of noise from neighbouring rooms, something clearly isn’t right. A decent night’s sleep should be the bare minimum. The bar wasn’t much better either. I ordered two drinks expecting to pay...

"Authentic charm and very comfortable surroundings. Our room was large, airy and impressive. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Great location and Bar and Restaurant ! Comfortable room great staff."

"Parking is a nightmare and limited. Room was adequate to house small family though it is quite small. "

"The hotel offered more than we needed. Super friendly staff throughout the property, beautifully large room and bathroom. Highly recommend!"
