"This is a charming hotel with a lovely view of the river, the weir and green fields and hills. The working water wheel is especially appealing. Very peaceful and quiet, but only minutes from Bath City Centre, either walking or via convenient bus stops. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place to stay."

"Arriving you have to climb 8or so steeps and there was zero help with the luggage. Then you have to drive your car to a parking lot which is 5 minutes by car (as so many one-way streets) and then 5 minutes walk back. Arrived and people at front desk were kind and helpful (other than lack of bellmany but office door open, paper shredder working overtime, and it wasn't the wonderful experience I had hoped on first entry. "Room is very clean. Location is super. We could go most of sightseeing places on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Waitrose is also right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice! We enjoyed our stays!"

"There was a problem with the room. But they did move us. I don't think Pets should be allowed in a hotel like this, we were moved as the room next door had a barking dog. Otherwise, beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff at breakfast very welcoming, good quality food. Spa was clean. And a good stay"

"This is a cute little hotel located in the center of town near all the best shopping and food and it also has its own restaurant and bar on site. The staff was so much fun and pleasant to talk with and to get recommendations for food to get information for shopping and sightseeing. it was just an all-around great experience for me being there and interacting with them. I can’t wait to go back and I highly recommend it."
