"Room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no soaps, shampoo, hand cream, etc whatsoever in the room. Worse , the TV remote had no instructions and it takes an elect engr degree to make it work. I never really figured it out! Registration was easy but desk clerk had no clue on local sites and places to go. Staff needs local info. Breakfast and attendant were great but your great bisquits need white gravy to make a true Texas experience. Eggs your way is super. "

As an 85 year old, small woman, I was so appreciative of his kindness. You surely don't see that level of caring very often, if ever. "Rachel at the Reception desk was incredibly helpful. The recent remodel is exceptionally stylish. The shower in the room was apparently spectacular - my husband has brought it up on 3 separate occasions. I’ve stayed in numerous places in Shamrock on cross country roadtrips - this is your best bet hands down."
