"We only went because our hotel power was off for over 12 hours and we needed a shower and electricity. The front desk staff acted like we were bothering her. No personal skills or interaction. The very small room had dirty sheets and dead bugs and spiders everywhere. The pool was so dirty no one was even lounging there. The best thing is the beach and the staff there. This place needs a major renovation or at least a good cleaning. Needless to say we charged our devices, spent the day on...

"Room was ok, staff were helpful, security staff were exceptionally friendly especially Mr Francis, breakfast was amazing too but repetitive, staff in dining room were very friendly, the view of the beach was breathtaking from the lobby and breakfast room"
