"This was our third stay at Rondel Village and we still consider it to be one of the best spots on Seven Mile Beach. The location is excellent and the grounds are well kept. Our housekeeper made beautiful flower arrangements with bath towels, adding a touch of class. All of the staff members were professional. However, some maintenance issues were annoying. For example, whoever painted our bathroom did not bother to stay within the lines. The door trim was rotted at the bottom. The shower door was difficult to open. One needed two hands to open the room to our door. We enjoyed meals at the restaurant but the quality was inconsistent. The servers were excellent though. Jamaica has no shortage of nice people."

"this was our 4th time to Swept Away. Perfect as always. the food, employees, beach, drinks, rooms; all of it is just perfect. The only thing i can complain about is the shower soap. it's awful. doesn't lather at all, leaves you feeling sticky & has a weird scent. Swept Away-do better for the girls.. everything else is magical. Make sure you upgrade to the beach veranda rooms, you won't regret it."

"Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. "

"Wonderful place to stay....we will be back. Beautiful grounds and all staff so friendly and helpful. Great selection for inclusive breakfast and the beach is amazing. They also offer dinner on the beach with a bonfire on the weekend. And the tree frogs serenading you to sleep is amazing."

"My stay at Legends was ok. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. There was a small issue with a comforter (after using a black light) but that was handled immediately and I was given a fresh one straight out of the dryer. The location is 10/10. I would skip the All Inclusive option because options are limited (both food & drink wise) within it. I ended up eating off of the resort more often than not. The food is good most days but there are plenty of places (street or restaurant) on the beach & right outside the resort. There are corner stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, souvenir shops and more as little as 2mins & as long as or less than a 10 min walk away. The resort as a whole is kept pretty clean; that being said, you can tell that this is a small Mom & Pop boutique resort. The main thing that makes me hesitant returning are the towels. SOME of the towels are…..less than desirable. Outside of that I had a pretty good time. The beach was beautiful & the location in general is excellent."

"We had a positively wonderful stay at the Cliff Hotel. We hated to leave the property as it was so nice. Julian, our butler, was absolutely the best! She was so attentive and helped us arrange transportation, meals, etc. And she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with special touches. My only suggestion might be to add a more casual type snack bar to grab a sandwich and a coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was perfect!"
