"The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was hardly any kitchen equipment. I had to ask for pans. Rubbish was not collected and new toilet paper was not supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the place is in urgent need for maintenance and a serious overhaul."

"this is a warning. every amenity that this property lists that it has, does not exist. they used to have them available and then they cut ties with their sister hostel (the hostel that actually had the amenities like the pool, spa, arcade, etc.). there is only one shower per floor, which, considering the amount of people on the floor is way less than every other hostel I’ve ever been to. myself and the people I was traveling with decided to leave after the first day and it was the best decision...
