"Comfortable and clean room. Frustrated that 1 lift was out if service which lead to delays. Good bar and excellent restaurant experiences. "

"The room offered was down a dark and dated corridor, the room was damp, cold, very strong smell of mildew. A plug-in heater was provided, which helped, but I couldn't sleep because of the overbearing smell. The room had everything available, accessiblity etc taken care of, it was just not used, or not heated enough to keep the dankness out of it. Very disappointing."

"Convenient to the airport. Bus shuttle easily accessible from the hotel. Amenities were basic but good. We were looking for something straightforward, and Marriott fit the bill."

"Great little hotel close to Gatwick. I was attending an event in nearby Crawley and had travelled down from near Glasgow. Lovely staff, attentive but not overbearing, overnight parking charge very reasonable. Bedroom excellent and large comfy bed too. Highly recommended!"

"Check in was quick and efficient. We stayed on a Friday and were able to use the car park. Although we didn’t use the restaurant, we had a few drinks at the Norfolk tap which was lovely and staff great. We popped into the hotel for a nightcap and had a lovely chat to the night porter. Next time in Arundel, we will be sure to stay here again. A very positive experience "
