"The condition of the building is tired. All the sash windows had broken sash chords. The heating on a cold night was barely adequate - I got into a comfortable and clean bed to keep warm. "The hotel is very run down. We went to have a shower and it was freezing. Didn't have any tea bags with our kettle so when asked at reception the man ran around looking for some and could only find one tea bag in the hotel. The receptionist was lovely but couldn't cope doing the bar and reception on his own. The bath is hard to get in and out and the shower curtain was black at the bottom. Over all very disappointed."
