"Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening. "

"The beach was beautiful. Our room was clean, but did have some issues, wall plug-in sockets without protective covers being the biggest. The staff was not real helpful or responsive, and always on "island time".....slow!! Don't eat at the poolside bar unless you have all afternoon, we waited over a half hour for a cocktail, then over an hour for our food, which was not very good. You definitely get what you pay for. "

"Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. "I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
