"Hotel property was presentable, clean and what you expect from a hotel. Unfortunately they do not have room service after hrs or no late night food avaible in the hotel or in area."

"A bit outdated but if you accept that a lovely spot on cable beach pool is quiet so don’t have to rush and put towels down Food can be repetitive and not as much choices as other hotels I have stayed in. Baha mar is next door for more options and downtown is nearby too for varied options overall worth the value If you have food allergies or are a pure vegan/vegetarian this is not the place for you nothing is labelled with ingredients and there is cross contamination the staff only provide...

If I were them I would put everything available, processes, events and meal times and how to reserve the other restaurants information on every wall in every room. Because we were not told everything that was available or how to do them when we checked in. And then by the time we found out this information everything was booked or not available. "it’s a beautiful resort with many activities for kids and adults. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, they seemed annoyed all the time."
