"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Meine Fragen wurden beantwortet. Kostenloses Wasser über Wasserspender. Lage war sehr gut: zum Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof. Dab Frühstück haben nicht in Anspruch grnommen, da wir gerne immer außerhalb frühstücken. Es gibt ein beheizten Pool!"

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was both lovely and spacious. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we found the bathroom layout a bit impractical. The tub does not have a curtain, which makes it difficult to take a stand up shower without getting the surrounding area wet."

Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was in the center of the historic district and easy to get to all the sites we wanted to experience"

"Lovely hotel. Very welcoming, the decor was individual not corporate. Superb breakfast. Very clean. Small swimming pool, just enough to relax in after a days sight seeing. It’s a 10 min walk into town. If you are wondering wether or not to book just do it, you won’t be disappointed"

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist."

"Wonderful location. The dining area looked out directly on to beautiful square. Staff were delightful and always helpful. Breakfast offered a fabulous choice of great food. Bedroom was well appointed. Lots of wardrobe space, well soundproofed room with very comfortable bed and bathroom was clean, modern with a good shower and toiletries were supplied. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bruges."

"The hotel was located in a very good location. Everything was within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants, tea shops, cafes, shops nearby. The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful variety on offer. Our room was wonderfully spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a lovely courtyard area to sit out. There was only one negative and that was the housekeeping. Although, they did a great job, I felt that they took an age to get...

"Insgesamt ganz ok. Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer im grossen und ganzen sauber. Sehr schmaler/enger und langsamer aufzug allerdings. Gebäude sehr alt, dadurch Zimmer und innen sehr verwinkelt. Dafür ist das Hotel Insgesamt recht gut gewartet. Parken am Hotel war leider nicht nöglich. Personal war hier auch nicht hilfsbereit. Man muss eigenständig Parkplatz im umliegenden Bereixh finden und organisieren."
