"The room was clean, beautiful, and very spacious we just had a little issue with the A/C and on spot where water leaked from the ceiling. Once it was reported someone was sent right away. The pools are great the kids enjoyed them the staff was friendly mostly helpful and nice."

"This resort is older and the rooms are dated and could use a refresh; however, they were clean and the bed was comfortable which is really all we expected since we didn't plan on being in the room the whole trip. "Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."
