"お部屋は常に清掃してくれて、備品の補充も十分で安心して過ごすことができました。夕方にはロビーで生演奏があり、優雅な気分に浸ることができました。ビュッフェ朝食の種類もたくさんあり、おいしかったです。観光に関してホテルのスタッフに尋ねたときも親切に教えていただきました。空港送迎を依頼し、安全にホテルに到着し、安全にホテルから空港に向かうことができました。スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で、良い時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。時間に余裕がなくて、プールの利用ができなくて心残りでした。機会があったらまた滞在したいと思いました。"

"LaLiT is a historic building, near the colonial seat of power when Calcutta was the capital of the British Raj. The traffic around the hotel is chaotic, not to mention crowded. But the staff were wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and will stay there again when we are next in Kolkata."

"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
