"This is a gem on seven mile beach. While you are not directly on the beach, they are the sister property to the Westin. You have full access to everything the Westin offers at half the cost. Rooms were comfortable, had good size fridge and the restaurant was delicious. Really easy. I personally preferred the calmness at Sunshine as where we slept to the overcrowded feel at the Westin."

"The property was spotless both outside the room and inside. There was a common space with large tvs and games near the pool that was playing the FIFA world cup games. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teen boys and everyone had their own space. The kitchen had all plates cups and utensils. The only issue we had was not being able to figure out how to work the TV. The beach is across the street with easy access and there are shops and a grocery store right next store. Check in was easy as the property manager sent a text message with all needed information when the room was ready, which was 2 hours before it was scheduled which was nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"You cannot beat the location on 7 mile beach and the staff is beyond great. Professional and caring, we will always be staying here in the future. We had a ground floor condo right on the beach and were extremely pleased. With Ritz and Westin next door, it is easy to find dining and nightlife as well."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process with Lisa was seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. The condo itself was perfect—it truly had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the accommodations were spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Honestly, all you need to bring is your suitcase! A special thank you to Leda, the housekeeper, who was so kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her friendliness made us feel right at home. The view from the condo was simply breathtaking—unlike anything we've experienced before. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. The beach was just steps away, peaceful and never crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers and chairs available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. The location was another huge highlight. It was conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of activities, making it easy to explore the area. This property offers everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
