"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! Staff was amazing and so friendly. Property was immaculate. Highly recommend staying here. Quiet rooms. Hot showers. Tasty foot at the restaurants. Easy beach access. Would stay here if I return to Grand Cayman."

Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. "The hospitality of the entire staff really stands out. The kids also really enjoyed the quest to find staff members from all over the world. All the restaurants were excellent, rooms clean and the pool and beach were well maintained and lots of fun. "

"Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them "

"The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. It is on the far south side of 7MB so expect long walks but we already knew about that so it was no big deal for us.. we did like our stay here but I think...

"Clean and comfortable one bedroom pool view room. Big patio, good kitchen, easy parking, gym had good equipment and pool was very nice. Had a great time and location is handy, close to camana bay for groceries and a 7 minute walk to beach plus a few good restaurants ( Casa 43). If you have a car, recommend cemetery beach and smith cove and Tukka West for Tuesday taco night."
